Photographer Clay Enos goes from shooting super heroes on the set of Watchmen to taking street portraits of random people. He shows us how to do a street-studio portrait session with a sheet of white paper, some tape, and a camera. Can anyone tell me what this bug is? It’s small like a spider but up close resembles a scorpion. Yikes, this is not south Texas! don’t tread on me I was watering plants when this snake slithered out. I backed away back to grab my camera. Click to see larger version then watch the short video (play in popup). We arrived home to see this magnificent rainbow in the break of a turbulent sky. As I stopped to help 80+ year old Nana out of the car she said, “Go get your camera! Don’t worry about me!” So, I did, thanks Nana. Hmm, I wonder if she is still in the car.

Who’s hungry?! My dad planted two pear trees among other fruit trees before he passed. Well, last year we got a bumper crop of the best pears I have ever eaten. For several harvests I got a ladder and tied grocery bags to my belt loops until they were so heavy my pants were almost hanging [...]
I bought this plant 2 years ago at the grocery store. It proceeded to die (I thought). But, I kept watering it and treating it like the other house plants. All of a sudden this year it came to life. Meet the sun star.
