Turkey Vulture
I was sitting on the porch this summer and heard a loud flopping sound on the side roof. There were two turkey vultures who seemed rather out of sorts. The one regained his posture and flew over a couple of feet to the stump-like branch where I captured this photo taken on August 8, 2006 with Canon A520.
