Percy Glaspie Classic
Percy Glaspie was employed at Cape Fear Country for over 50 years as the Green’s Keeper. A self taught golfer and member of the Port City Golf Association. Percy has done it all in golf. His drive and determination has won him numerous trophies. He was the “Tiger Woods” of his era. Come out and support this worthy cause and honor Percy!

B — did you do the website for the golf tournament? I’ve known Percy for all my life — he helped raise us over at the Club, and he and family cater parties to this day. he’s a real gentleman — I think the world of him — and he deserves this honor, you know??
K – I did not do a web site. I don’t think they have one. We’ll have to find out. I agree about Percy Glaspie. He’s a ‘rock star’ for his generation.
